Free for your society
SocietySetu costs the society nothing. No per-flat pricing, no per-resident seats, no card to enter before you can use it.
- No card to enter
- No per-flat or per-resident charge
- Every feature, every role
every month
Every feature listed below, for every resident, committee member and staff account in your society. There is no paid tier for societies to compare against, and no feature held back behind one.
Nothing to cancel, because nothing is charged. Setup is a conversation, not a contract.
All of it, not a starter slice
The free plan is the whole product. These are the things a committee and a resident actually do in a week.
Running the society
The committee’s working queue, with an owner and a status on every line.
- Complaints, with a status trail and an SLA clock
- Maintenance requests assigned to staff and tracked to done
- Visitor pre-approval and a gate log the guard actually uses
- Facility booking that cannot be double-booked
- Notices with read receipts, polls, events, suggestions
- Documents, the resident directory, the member approval queue
Living in the society
The part a resident opens every day, without a second app to install.
- Community feed, groups and clubs
- Direct and group chat with replies, reactions and shared media
- Lost & found, recommendations, marketplace
- Dues visible to every flat, with a payment record
- Emergency SOS that reaches security and the committee
Finding help
Domestic help and services, with the check written out in plain words.
- Domestic help — who works here, at what hour, who is free now
- Verified people, with the check written out in plain words
- Ratings that come from real completed work, not anonymous taps
No limits to read the fine print for
There is no counter anywhere in the product that decides when you have had enough of it.
- Any number of flats
- Any number of residents
- Every role — committee, staff, security, family members
- Mobile and web
- No per-resident charge, no seat count, no card on file
How it stays free
A fair question, and one worth answering straight rather than with a slogan.
The society side is free and stays free. The intention is that the platform is eventually supported by the commercial side of it — local businesses and service providers reaching the societies they already serve. None of that is built yet, and nothing on this page depends on it.
What that means today, plainly: your society is not being charged, and there is nothing to cancel. If a paid option is ever introduced for anyone, it will be announced before it exists, not discovered in a bill.
Three things worth being clear about
Free is a price, not a shortcut. These are the commitments that come with it.
Your data is not the payment
Resident lists, gate logs and dues are your society's records. They are not sold, and they are not shared with another society. You can export or delete your own data from your profile at any time.
A badge still means a real check
Nothing is marked verified because it is convenient. Each badge carries the sentence describing exactly what was checked, and by whom.
No feature is held hostage
There is no locked tab, no “upgrade to see this”, and no trial that expires and takes your gate log with it.
Four worth answering upfront
Short answers, because the long version is the same answer with more words around it.

Free for the society, and that is a decision rather than an introductory offer. There is no trial clock, no card on file and no tier sitting above the one you are on.
If a paid option is ever introduced for anyone, it will be announced before it exists. You would not find out about it in a bill.
It stays your society's record. It is not sold, and it is not shared with another society — a society is a closed boundary in the software, not a filter on a shared pool.
Money is stored as whole paise and only turned into rupees on screen, so a dues figure you read is the figure that was recorded.
Access follows your role in your society and nothing else. A resident sees their own flat's dues and the requests they raised; the committee sees the society's queues; security sees the gate.
Moderation works the same way — if something of yours is hidden or removed, you are told, and you can see the reason and appeal it. A removal is never silent.
Yes. Settings → Privacy & data exports your profile, memberships, complaints, payments, bookings and suggestions as a JSON file you keep, and deletes your account from the same screen.
There is no retention call to sit through and no support ticket to raise first. Nothing about leaving is designed to be slower than joining.
