Eight sections of society life. Every line describes something you can open in the app today — and what is not built yet is named at the foot of this page rather than left for you to discover.
Opens in any phone browser and signs in with a one-time code.
Recorded, not remembered
Approvals and money movements leave a trail instead of a chat message.
Overview
One society, one record of it
Residents, their families, the managing committee and the staff who work the gate and the building all sign in to the same society — and each sees what their role allows.
Every role in one place
Resident, family member, committee, society admin, security, maintenance and vendor.
Requests with an owner
Complaints, jobs, visits, bookings and dues each carry a status and a history.
Search across the society
One search over people, notices, documents, events, services and complaints.
Notifications in one list
Approvals, replies and alerts collect where you can read them and mark them done.
An assistant that cannot invent
It answers from your society’s own records and names the source, or says it does not know.
Society profile and directory
Blocks, flats, committee members, and a searchable list of who lives where.
Who it is for
Built for every kind of community
The record-keeping underneath is the same whether it is one tower or a whole township. What changes is which part of it you lean on.
Apartments & Flats
A single tower or a handful of them, where the committee is a few residents doing this after work.
Complaints and maintenance carry an owner and a deadline, so nothing depends on who remembered
Dues are raised per flat and visible to the flat that owes them
Notices reach every resident at once, with read counts instead of guesswork
Gated Communities
Where the gate is the busiest part of the day and the paper register is the weakest.
Residents pre-approve guests, cabs and deliveries; the guard looks up the code
Check-in and check-out are stamped as they happen, against the right flat
Emergency SOS reaches the society’s own contacts, not an outside call centre
Townships
Thousands of homes, several gates and shared amenities — without a spreadsheet per block.
Blocks and flats are modelled properly, so a request always belongs to a place
Facility booking is refused by the database when two slots collide, not by a warning
The committee dashboard shows what is open and what is overdue across the whole estate
Commercial Spaces
Offices and business parks still run on visitors, upkeep and a shared bill.
Visitor passes and a gate log that can be read back later
Maintenance jobs assigned to staff and followed to done
Charge heads, invoices and a defaulters list ordered worst first
Clubs & Associations
Members, events and announcements, without a chat group doing the filing.
A member list with approvals, so joining is a decision rather than a link forward
Events with RSVPs, polls that get counted, and a feed for everything else
Documents and minutes in one place the whole membership can reach
Roadmap
What SocietySetu cannot do yet
SocietySetu is early, and a features page that only lists wins is not much use to a committee deciding anything. Here is the other list.
Not available today
Nothing below is built. It is here so nobody signs up expecting it.
Online payments
Dues, invoices and receipts are tracked. Paying from the app is not built.
Wallet and credits
No stored balance, no top-ups, no refunds into a wallet.
Marketplace orders
Listings exist. Cart, checkout, order history and delivery do not.
Tutors and classes
The education section is a placeholder, not a product.
Travel
Nothing in the app plans, books or shares a journey.
Native mobile apps
Nothing on the App Store or Play Store. The web app is the app.
Speaking your availability
A spoken window can be parsed from a transcript, but no microphone is wired up.
See it running on your own society
Set it up yourself in a few minutes, or let us walk your committee through it first.
