Talk to us about your society

Tell us how your society runs today — how many flats, how complaints and dues are handled now — and we will show you what SocietySetu would change.

No public phone line or inbox yet

SocietySetu is pre-launch. There is no number, inbox or address we could print here that would actually reach us, and a line that rings a stranger is worse than no line at all.

They appear on this page automatically the day real ones exist.

What we will ask you

Worth having to hand — it is most of the first conversation.

  • How many flats, blocks and gates the society has.
  • How complaints and maintenance reach the committee today.
  • How dues are raised and recorded now.
  • Who would run it — committee members, security, maintenance staff.

Already using SocietySetu?

Residents should raise day-to-day issues inside the app so their society's committee sees them — complaints, maintenance and dues all live there. Use this page for anything about the product itself.

Fields marked with * are required.

Before you write: this form has no inbox behind it yet. Sending will not deliver anything, and the page will say so rather than show you a tick. If you want something that works right now, sign in — you can search the directory for your society and ask for it to be added, and that request does reach us.

After you get in touch

What onboarding a society actually looks like

Four steps, no contract at any of them. Most of the work is ours, and the parts that are yours take an afternoon.

We ask how it runs today

How many flats, how complaints and dues are handled now, who is on the committee. A conversation, not a demo script.

Your society goes in once

Blocks, flats and amenities are set up with you, so residents join something that already looks like their building.

Residents join, the committee approves

Each person signs in with their own mobile number and picks a role. Membership stays pending until your committee approves it — nobody lets themselves in.

The record is yours from day one

Complaints, gate entries and dues start leaving a trail immediately. Anyone can export or delete their own data from Settings, whenever they want.

Step one needs a channel that works, and today the form above is not one. Until it is wired up, start from inside the app: sign in, look for your society, and request it if it is missing.

Would rather just look around first?

Sign in with your mobile number, find your society in the directory, and ask for it to be added if it is not there yet.
